- Mae’n ofynnol i bob defnyddiwr gwblhau’r cofrestriad ar-lein cyn defnyddio’r gwasanaeth hwn.
- Y defnyddwyr sy’n gyfrifol am gadw cyfrinachedd eu cyfrinair a’u manylion cyfrif.
- Y defnyddwyr sy’n gyfan gwbl gyfrifol am yr holl weithgareddau sy’n digwydd dan eu cyfrif gyda neu heb eu gwybodaeth. Os byddant yn rhannu eu gwybodaeth mewngofnodi neu eu cyfrinair yn fwriadol i barti arall, gellir atal neu derfynu eu defnydd o’r safle.
- Wrth gofrestru gyda system ar-lein Canolfan Ffitrwydd CF11, mae defnyddwyr yn cytuno i gadw at y Telerau ac Amodau archebu a’u bod wedi darllen a derbyn y Polisi Preifatrwydd.
Canslo Lle ar Hyfforddiant
Os nad ydych yn gallu mynychu apwyntiad ar gyfer sesiwn ffitrwydd, rhowch rybudd
24 awr fel sy’n ofynnol, fel arall codir tâl. Rhaid canslo archebion llogi cae
dros y ffôn neu’n bersonol yn y Ganolfan gan roi 24 awr o rybudd.
Sylwch nad oes modd ad-dalu archebion a wnaed ar-lein.
- All users are required to complete the online registration before using this service.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account details.
- Users are solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account with or without their knowledge. If they knowingly provide their login or password information to another party, their use of the site may be suspended or terminated.
- In registering with CF11 Fitness Centre’s online system, users agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of booking and have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
Booking Cancellation
If you are unable to attend a booking for a fitness session, please give the required
24 hours notice otherwise a charge will be incurred. Cancellations for pitch hire must
be completed in telephone or in person at the Centre giving 24 hours notice.
Please note online bookings are non-refundable.
