Booking terms and conditions
1. Dosbarthiadau Ar-lein
1.1 Ar gael i archebu: Gallwch archebu dosbarthiadau ar-lein hyd at 7 diwrnod ymlaen llaw (o 09.30 ar y 7fed diwrnod).
1.2 Talu: Rhaid talu pob dosbarth ar-lein yn llawn ar adeg archebu oni bai bod gan y cyfranogwr aelodaeth CF11 lawn.
1’3 Buddion Aelodaeth: Mae gan aelodau llawn CF11 hawl i fynychu dosbarthiadau am ddim.
1.4 Canslo: Rhaid canslo o leiaf 24 awr ymlaen llaw trwy gysylltu â Chanolfan Trem y Môr. Gall canslo hwyr arwain at godi ffi ar aelodau llawn. Ni fydd unrhyw ad-daliadau yn cael eu cyhoeddi i bobl nad ydynt yn aelodau.
2. Archebu Caeau Dan Do ac Awyr Agored
2.1 Ar gael i archebu: Gallwch archebu cae ar-lein hyd at 7 diwrnod ymlaen llaw (o 09.30 ar y 7fed diwrnod).
2.2 Talu: Rhaid talu’r holl archebion cae yn llawn ar adeg archebu. Ni ellir ad-dalu taliadau.
2.3 Aildrefnu: Er na chaiff taliadau eu had-dalu, gallwch aildrefnu archebion i ddyddiad neu amser arall trwy gysylltu â Chanolfan Trem y Môr, yn amodol ar argaeledd.
2.4 Canslo: Rhaid canslo o leiaf 24 awr ymlaen llaw. Ni fydd unrhyw ad-daliadau yn cael eu cyhoeddi ar gyfer canslo.
1. Online Classes
1.1 Booking Availability: Online class bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance (from 09.30 on 7th day).
1.2 Payment: All online classes must be paid in full at the time of booking unless the participant holds a full CF11 membership.
1.3 Membership Benefits: Full CF11 members are entitled to attend classes free of charge.
1.4 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by contacting the Channel View Centre. Late cancellations may result in a fee for full members. No refunds will be issued for non-members.
2. Indoor and Outdoor Pitch Bookings
2.1 Booking Availability: Pitch bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance (from 09.30 on 7th day).
2.2 Payment: All pitch bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable.
2.3 Rescheduling: Although payments are non-refundable, bookings may be rescheduled to another date or time by contacting the Channel View Centre, subject to availability.
2.4 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
